— Sanja I.“My entire back yard was course river rock with a cedar patio over the rock on one side. I had Michael remove all the rock and soil and install 12 x 24 paver slabs. Since my yard is very uneven in slope and elevation, I wanted an easy maintenance and usable yard without having to completely tear out the existing sidewalk and raise the elevation of the yard while still having good drainage and tying in to the existing side walk and perimeter Alan block wall and fences. He and his friend Dorian did a great job. I was very impressed with his work ethic. There was no way to to get a machine in so all the rock and soil as well as bring in the new material had to be done by hand, shovel and wheel barrels out to the back lane. He was easy to talk to, listened to what i wanted to accomplish and came up with a plan to get it done. I had a few questions and change request while the work was in progress and he accommodated those without question and finished the project within the budget he quoted and a day two prior to what he anticipated. I have another project I had him quote and will get him to do it in the near future, so yes I would recommend him.
Side note: prior to my start date his truck, trailer and equipment were unfortunately stolen. He could have put the entire job on hold or walked away but he found a way to rent, purchase whatever he needed and move forward without hesitation. As a tradesman myself, that customer service and and work ethic really impressed me. Thanks Michael.”
