What We Offer
-
Sloped lots and grade changes are common throughout Port Moody, Coquitlam, and the surrounding hillside neighbourhoods — and they usually call for both a retaining wall and a way to move safely through the change in elevation. We build engineered retaining walls with proper drainage, base compaction, and wall block or natural stone suited to local soil conditions, paired with code-compliant stairs and steps in matching stone, paver, or timber. A wall or set of steps built without proper drainage and footing depth is more expensive to fix later than to build right the first time.
-
Whether it's a backyard patio, front entry walkway, or driveway that needs to handle daily vehicle loads, the groundwork is what makes the difference. As a paver installer specializing in interlocking pavers and natural stone, we build with proper base prep, compaction, and drainage — so your hardscaping stays level for decades instead of settling, shifting, or pooling water after our region's heavy winter rainfall. From a quiet backyard refresh to a full driveway rebuild, we handle it all with the same attention to what's underneath, not just what's on top.
-
Low-maintenance artificial turf for lawns, pet areas, and putting greens — ideal for the shaded, rain-heavy yards common to this region. We work with a range of suppliers to fit different budgets, from premium options like Rymar and Bella Turf to more affordable product lines, with a variety of pile heights, blade styles, and multiple shades of green so your yard doesn't read as a flat, uniform "fake grass" green. A proper base and drainage layer keep it looking natural year-round, with no mowing, watering, or dead patches.
-
As an outdoor living contractor, we design and build custom wood and composite decks with careful attention to footings, ledger attachment, drainage, and code compliance — details that matter more here than in drier climates, since a rushed build shows up fast during our rainy shoulder seasons. A well-built deck is one of the highest-value renovation projects for any Coquitlam-area home.
-
Privacy, security, and boundary fencing in pre-fabricated or custom wood, powder-coated galvanized steel, aluminum, and vinyl. We handle layout, post depth, and material selection based on your property line, local bylaws, and how much upkeep you want to deal with long-term — a common ask from homeowners in Anmore and Belcarra with larger, more exposed properties.
-
A well-built pergola turns a bare patio or deck into a defined outdoor living space — adding shade, structure, and a spot for string lights or climbing vines. We design and build custom wood and cedar pergolas with proper post footings and beam spacing, so it stays solid through our wet winters for years, not just one season.
-
Low-voltage landscape lighting highlights your hardscaping, plantings, and architecture while improving safety after dark. From path lights to uplighting on trees and walls, we design layouts that make your outdoor living space usable — and look great — day and night.
-
Standing water, soggy lawns, and water pooling near your foundation are common problems here — usually a sign of poor grading or inadequate drainage. We design and install French drains, catch basins, and surface grading solutions that move water away from your home and hardscaping, protecting your investment and preventing erosion, mold, and foundation damage.
